I am a mother of three adult children that are my world and a part of my why. Leading into my 40's I was a wife, mother, friend, successful business woman working in corporate health care industry who had the nice house, nice Mercedes and had just completed my MBA. In my view, I was living the dream that I had created for myself. Always striving to be better, do better and work my A** off to build
the nest for the family to live the best life. That all may sound wonderful but life happens...my life as I used to know isn't the same anymore. I have faced many challenges in my 40's including complex betrayal trauma, threat of the loss of my career, loss of family and the loss of the genuine woman I knew who was crushed. I hit rock bottom and realized I needed to make changes which was all up to me as I had a choice to be the victim or become victorious. I started down the path of rediscovery, reclaiming, and reigniting who I was and what fueled my soul to heal, recover and rejuvenate the life ahead of me. I am now divorced, reclaim my career, supported my beautiful adult children, obtained my coaching practitioner certification and made a decision to act on helping others who may face these same challenges to see there is a different way forward. There is a way to find resiliency through life's challenges and through our life's pain but most importantly to decide to create a great relationship with your self, create joy, laughter, love, connection and meaning that fuels that genuine person inside of YOU!
