โจ What is inspiring your wellness journey for 2022? โจ
As we settle in to the second week of the new year thoughts of new intentions, goals and new pursuits have most likely been swirling around your mind.
If they havenโt, thatโs totally ok too. January is an interesting time when society gives us the idea of โfresh startsโ and โnew beginningsโ, but if we look at natureโs cycles, we are still in the middle of winter at this time. Winter being a time for rest, reflection and restoration, it sure can be tough to feel motivated to hit the ground running as soon as January 1st appears.
Spring tends to be the more natural time when we feel an emergence of inspiration and new growth, so if your not feeling that right now, that. is. ok.
I invite you to take this time the next few months to reflect on the things that make you feel good and take action on those when it feels in alignment to do so. Donโt force yourself! You probably wonโt get what you want out of it if you are doing it just because you think you โshouldโ. Please donโt go shoulding all over yourself.
Some questions for you to ponder when it comes to your wellness:
๐ชHow do my mind, body and spirit feel right now/lately?
๐ชHow does my nervous system feel?
๐ชAm I stressed? Where do I feel this stress?
๐ชWhat part of my wellness routine has been working for me? What part hasnโt?
๐ชDo I want to get curious and explore something new?
๐ชWhere/who are my resources?
Taking new steps or even first steps to evaluate the aspects of your life when it comes to wellness doesnโt have to be complicated or overwhelming. It starts with tuning into yourself and your intuition to discover what you truly need (and it will change over time!).
I wish you all the best reflecting and exploration. Iโm here to support you in your journey through deep nervous system restoration with Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki Energy Healing, Oracle card readings & injury management to guide you into your most authentic alignment!
Stay curious friends!
