Make the most of your benefits!
Many of you have access to more than one insurance plan through a spouse/partner or multiple employers.
If your primary plan doesn’t cover the full cost of your massage, you can often submit the remaining balance to a secondary plan.
Even small amounts—$5, $10, $20—add up over time, especially if massage is part of your regular care.
A quick reminder:
Most insurance plans allow you to submit claims for treatments up to 6 months after your appointment—so there’s no need to do it all at once.
