Working on increasing my strength in the deadlift to ensure good form and to have more force production during the second pull of the clean.

Went light today and just built volume at low load. Left side was noticeably slower on the pull as I start to fatigue but it was nice to see I could power through 50reps of a weight I struggled with at the start, just 3 months ago 😱🏋️‍♂️
