Peace must be chosen.
Intentionally slowing down. Intentionally listening and feeling what's happening - in your body and to your mind - vs mindlessly pushing through or shutting down. these are messages from your nervous system and from your soul. Some are trying to tell you something important, others are keeping you hooked in an endless loop of stress....how do you know what's there and what you're choosing without listening?

Sound, breath and movement, are the tools I use to help you get there. To this place of listening, curiosity and self-discovery.

In stillness, we can become the observer of our thoughts - but you are not your thoughts. Your power lies in what you then choose to give your attention to - whether by choice or by habit.

Your brain is designed for this!

What if you could calm your mind, and actually step out of chronic stress?

Gong journeys can be powerful tools for presence - revealing what lies within, allowing it to be seen, felt and re-programmed in a safe space.

It's not about quieting the mind, not about clearing or emptying or ignoring ...that is not possible, and that s**t is called repression or spiritual bypassing. I've got no time for that.

The only way out is through. This means slowing down enough to allow your thoughts and feelings to surface. This isn't always pleasant or comfortable...which is why so many of us get stuck here. ( hi, myself included ...why you think I've got so many gongs? 😆)

But your brain was designed to recalibrate and to rebalance! It knows how - Sometimes we just need to help it remember.

Moving out of chronic overwhelm, anxiety or shutdown (trauma responses) first takes intentional somatic practices like breath, movement, and body awareness to purposely guide you into physical/physiological softness and ease (lower heart rate, released tension, etc.) This biofeedback creates a loop of sensory data signaling safety to your brain.

Now your brain can do what it is meant to do: feel, acknowledge, process the stress, and recalibrate! This is the healing part. And the more often you do this, the more resilient you become. Your brain can heal, your body can open the door.

festival season is upon us and I'm asked for headshots and a bio all the time but I never have any good photos of me cause I'm always the one taking them ...... sooooooo this was a funny photoshoot...

Just me, my cheap tripod and phone camera in my basement studio...

The goal was authentic, not basic, but zero dollars 😆...I think I managed. One day when I'm a big girl I'll hire a photographer for a full photo shoot!

PS: I have many years of fitness teacher experience so this song is like ...perfect haha

Not everyone’s cup of tea… and I’m OK with that. 🪩🤟
Gongs — that’s what you’re gonna get.
Not just pretty sounds (yes, most are pretty)… but depth.
Big resonance.
Deep, full-body frequencies you don’t just hear — you feel.

• Moments of powerful presence and inner stillness.
• Moments that calm.
• Moments that stir.
• Moments that shift and transport…

And for those who are open —
moments that reveal what’s already there.

I’m no longer trying to be everyone’s sound healer.
To play all the things, to land with everyone — it’s just not real.
That path waters it down… and the power of sound deserves more than that.

👉So here I am — focused.
Devoted to the sounds that truly move me and hold me.

Yes, I play other instruments…
but in my journeys? Expect gongs.
That part’s a given

✨Some people love it instantly.

Sound meets you where you’re at.
Just like music. Just like food.
We all have our own taste — and that’s what makes this whole thing interesting.
