I posted about silence.
Then life gave me exactly that.
A loss. A pause. A necessary stillness.

I stepped away from screens, away from the noise, and found myself back where I always find peace, in the earth. Hands in the soil, seeds in the ground, grief in my heart but hope in my bones. ๐ŸŒฑ The garden didn't ask me to be okay. It just let me show up exactly as I was.

I'm back now. Ready to share more with you in yoga, healing, expressive art therapy, and the messy beautiful reality of starting where you are.
