If you are like “enough-is-enough” something’s got to change! I hear you.

I kept finding myself hitting a wall - feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and even snapping or lashing out to those I love.

Wondering “why can’t I control this”, “why can’t I show up differently?”

It’s when I started digging a little deeper, I discovered that the internal work is where I needed to begin.

But it took me a long time to figure out why this was happening. Which is why I am excited to share my lived experience back with science - a compilation of my life’s work along with observations from the hundreds of people I worked with over the years.

It’s time to put yourself first.

Forget the mom guilt, or worry if you have “time” for this.

Our emotions are messengers. They aren’t trying to hurt us, they are trying to protect us.

Once we recongize that these are just signals as a warning, we then listen more closely, and give the reassurance it needs to settle down.

A little reminder for all high-achieving career moms… I see you. We try to do it all, and be the best mom in the process.

Yet in the process we find ourselves snapping at our kids far too often, feel like co-managers than lovers with our partner, and start to not recognize ourselves anymore.

We crack it up as ‘this is just how it’s suppose to be.’ Even when we secretly want to feel calm and emotionally connected to our family again without the need to escape, and feeling like we are just surviving in it.

I get you, and so many other women too.
