Yoga & Fitness with Selina Offering Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes in Chase, BC and surrounding area. I have a passion for teaching fun classes that emphasize health & well-being.

I'm a BCRPA registered Yoga Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, Weight Training Instructor, Group Fitness Instructor and Older Adult Fitness Instructor. I have a BA degree in Psychology from UCC/TRU and a Certificate in Health & Fitness from Simon Fraser University.

The wonderful Lavern will be subbing for me on Thursday June 11, while I'm away at a Horse Show.
Please note that the Core class (7pm-7:30pm) will have a Pilates-focus.
Yoga 7:30pm-8:30pm.
I know you'll have a blast. Drop-ins welcome, as usual.

It's MONDAY! Start your week off right with strength training, and Pilates and Yoga tonight.
7pm-7:30pm Strength
7:30pm-8:30pm Pilates & Yoga ( 30 min of each)

Join the summer session at a pro-rated fee or drop-in. These classes are suitable for all.

The Core class consists of body-weight exercises such as various planks, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, back extensions. This class gets the heart rate up and challenges you in a fun way.

The Yoga class is the perfect end to the day. Playful, relaxing, a full body focus that helps you unwind and feel restored physically and mentally.
