Farmers Market Season is back in full swing!

Catch us this summer at White Rock Farmers Market on Sundays from 10-2 👀🌱🍄‍🟫 (We are taking a family holiday and will be away from the market June 7, June 14, and June 21). After those dates, you’ll find us there on Sundays!

We’ll also be starting at the Langley Community Farmers Market (Langley Events Centre) on Thursday, July 2nd and be there on Thursday evenings from 5-8pm. Great vendors, live music and more! Come check it out!

Summer salad season is on the rise… and Little Leaf Lab is once again growing super fresh microgreens to help bring any salad (or dish for that matter) to the next level 🌱 🥗🫜 Come visit us at the White Rock Market this Sunday, April 19th from 10-2!

This beet salad don’t lie. Featured here we’ve got a lebanese inspired pickled beet salad with our signature Salad Mix microgreen blend. Our salad mix is a combination of Sunflower, Broccoli, and Purple Radish.

Check out these trays of our microgreens! They’re all growing on stacked shelves in our little farm space. This is what we love about vertical farming—it lets us grow a lot of food in a small footprint.

By going up instead of out, we use less space and water, but still pack in big nutrients and flavor. It’s pretty amazing to watch tiny seeds turn into fresh, delicious greens without needing acres of land or perfect weather.

Thanks for being part of this journey and for cheering on these mighty little greens! 💚 Always channeling our inner farmers vibes - currently with shelves instead of fields 😅🌱👏

We’re really excited for be rolling out a mix of dried mushrooms made from our wildly fresh local oyster, pink oyster, yellow oyster, and lion’s mane mushrooms. They’re easy to add into soups, stocks, or everyday cooking.

These mushrooms are loaded with nutrients and antioxidants, and lion’s mane is known for supporting brain health. 🧠🌱
