We’re so excited to welcome our full time Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie Reardon, to Salt + Sol next week and begin this next chapter of care with our community.

Have you met Lezley?

A social worker and naturopathic health practitioner, Lezley brings a holistic approach to counselling that recognizes that our mental and physical wellbeing are deeply connected.

While she can (and will!) counsel and support anyone who needs it, her passion lies in supporting women who are carrying the weight of the mental load; the constant planning, caring, thinking, doing and holding everything together.

Through counselling and nervous system regulation, Lezley helps clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create a greater sense of balance and alignment in both mind and body.

Because feeling well isn’t just about what’s happening in your body. It’s also about how you feel within yourself.

We’re so grateful to have sweet Lezley as part of the Salt + Sol collective.

When we started offering footcare at Salt + Sol, we hoped it would make a difference in our community. We never imagined just how quickly it would grow.

Because so many of you have trusted us with your care, our schedule has been busier than ever. To help keep wait times down and make sure everyone can get the care they need, we’ve welcomed another Footcare Nurse to our team!

We’re so excited for you to meet her. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and shares the same passion for helping people that we do.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your support. Watching this part of our clinic grow has been so rewarding, and we can’t wait to continue caring for even more of our community.
