Most of us lead such busy lives - so busy, we are often left with little opportunity to stop and rest and simply BE within our environments... With our advances in technology, and particularly with things such as social media, our modern socie

ty has greatly steered many of us away from our long-standing and inherent relationship with Nature. On a Forest Therapy Guided Walk, Participants are offered a series of various Invitations to open the doors to Connection, and the positive effects can include (but are not limited to) improved cognitive function, emotional wellness, and health.
