Drop into Yoga Mondays 9-10:15am and Saturdays 8:30-9:45am

The makes incorporating Yoga achievable with affordable prices and options to either drop in , or as part or join the Group Fitness Flex pass.

This practice is first and foremost to take the time to connect to your breath, secondly to deepen your body awareness, thirdly we will challenge ourselves to overcome and work through balance and strength poses. Warming up from the inside out, awakening the spine, activating and firing up muscle strength.
