About the GLA:D Program

Who Can Benefit?
This program is designed for individuals experiencing discomfort, tightness, or stiffness in their knees and/or hips. If you are suffering from these symptoms, the GLA:D program may be suitable for you.

Program Aim
The main objective of the GLA:D program is to help reduce pain and enhance your quality of life through targeted interventions and support.

Program Structure
The GLA:D program consists of 14 sessions, each lasting one hour, delivered over a span of seven weeks. This structured approach ensures comprehensive support and guidance throughout your journey.

As winter approaches, please be reminded of the storm day policy for my services. If you do not receive a phone call or email from me, the clinic will remain open as usual. I will always notify you directly should any appointments need to be cancelled.

There is no cancellation fee for same-day cancellations due to inclement weather. Your safety is my priority; if you are unable to attend your appointment because of storm conditions, please contact the clinic at your earliest convenience so that we may reschedule your appointment promptly.
