Hello Everyone,

Things are shifting and I am so excited to be coming back to appointments and client interactions. My calendar is now open for bookings for Sept, Oct, Nov. I love the content I have been learning and focusing on for the last couple of months, but I am ready for community and connection again.

As I expand my capacity and skill set, I believe it’s important to honour that and the energetic exchange with which it aligns. Therefore my services are now $125.00/hour

Packages of 4, 6 and 12 sessions are now available on my booking page. These give you a 20% discount on services. They are a great way to commit to your supported personal healing and growth journey. You have 365 days to redeem the full package and can book them all at once or as things flow. If you want to book all at once, there is always wiggle room on the dates if needed.

I also have a few other things that I am bringing back this fall:

Hello All,

I just want to give you a little update.

You may have tried to book online over the last couple of weeks and see that there is no appointment availability. A month ago I got a cold, which morphed into a cough that has hung around for many weeks. Through all of that, I have been listening, trying not to force anything and giving myself space.

What has come through right now is that I need to slow down and ease the momentum. I am currently learning a new modality. It is cultivating a new understanding about my nervous system and pulling at pieces deep within me. At one time I was able to serve others while I walked through my own healing and growth. This time things feel different. I don’t feel like I can sustain that duality.

Now that does not mean I am stopping what I do. I am just taking a pause from serving others to strengthen myself and my skill set. When I feel ready or reach the point where I can hold the duality, I’ll take clients again. I am seeing this as a short pause, probably a couple of months, but I am not holding myself to any timeline.
