This week's Solar Transit moves us through Gate 15: Humanity which carries the energy of extremes, rhythm, compassion, and the deeper relationship we have with being human.

It can bring awareness to where life feels inconsistent, emotionally intense, overwhelming, deeply compassionate, or difficult to fully understand through the mind alone.

Yet this energy is not here to teach us that we must become perfectly balanced or emotionally “fixed” in order to belong. It reminds us that part of the human experience is learning how to hold compassion for both ourselves and others through the ever-changing rhythms of life.

Sometimes this energy may highlight sensitivity to collective emotions, nervous system overwhelm, judgment toward ourselves or others, or the pressure to “keep it together” while moving through emotional waves.

Sometimes healing is not about becoming less human. Sometimes it is about allowing ourselves to meet our humanity with greater softness, awareness, and compassion. 💫
