🤔 Why is my jaw always hurting?
Jaw pain isn't always a jaw problem.
Often, tension in the muscles of the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders can contribute to pain, clicking, headaches, and discomfort when chewing or talking.
As a massage and bodywork practitioner , I assess and treat the areas that commonly contribute to TMJ tension, including the neck, shoulders, upper chest, and jaw muscles. By helping these muscles relax and function more efficiently, many clients experience reduced pain, less tension, improved jaw movement, and fewer headaches.
I also provide simple home care recommendations to help you manage symptoms between treatments.
If jaw tension has become part of your daily life, it may be time to address the muscles contributing to the problem.
