I’m thrilled to be completing my Advanced 1 of Somatic Experiencing® training with Somatic Experiencing International™, with the Kelowna cohort! 🌟

The advanced work will allow me to bring even more nuance into my coaching, helping people move into presence, clarity, and authentic expression.

I can’t wait to integrate these embodied practices into supporting others to share their voice 💫

Hi, I am Dayna. Welcome to my private page about Somatic Experiencing® coaching.

Somatic Experiencing® is a gentle yet powerful, body-based approach that supports healing and empowerment by releasing stress and trauma.

I am currently completing my training to become a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner through Somatic Experiencing International.

In addition to Somatic Experiencing, I offer additional coaching and holistic methods to support self-expression, mind-body-spirit integration, and nervous system regulation.

If you are drawn to exploring SE and how I integrate it with the other modalities I work with further, I’ll be offering reduced-rate sliding scale sessions while I complete my training.
