Hi friends 🤍

It’s been a very long time since I’ve said hello over here!

I’ve been pretty quiet on social media, and I’m not really sure what my relationship with it will look like going forward, so no big comeback announcement 😂

Life and my work have simply been taking the front row lately. Massage, wellness and my work as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist continue to be where my heart and energy are going.

And while I’m not actively growing my little herbal tea business, all of my Freedom Flow tea blends are still here and available. 🌿

I still have so much love for the teas and for the little business I’ve created. It has been such a special part of my journey, and I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has supported it along the way, every order, kind word, recommendation and bit of encouragement has meant more than you know. 🤍

So, just a little hello from me and a reminder that Freedom Flow is still here too. 🌿

Life changes, priorities shift, and sometimes things simply find a different rhythm. For now, I’m grateful to be exactly where I am. 🤍

Tomorrow's yoga class will be followed by a tea offering. Please bring a vessel of choice for your nourishment. Chelsea will have Freedom Flow Tea brewing during savasana.
