Here are 3 easy and delicious campfire recipes using only a few ingredients plus 3 spice blends from A Spice Affair to make your outdoor cooking pop with flavor:

🔥 1. Smoky Maple Breakfast Packets

Perfect for: Breakfast or brunch by the fire
A Spice Affair blend: Maple Bacon Seasoning

You’ll need:

4 baby potatoes (thinly sliced)

2 eggs

1 tbsp A Spice Affair Maple Bacon Seasoning

Instructions:

1. Lay sliced potatoes on a sheet of foil.

2. Crack 2 eggs over the top.

3. Sprinkle generously with Maple Bacon seasoning.

4. Seal into a foil packet and cook over the fire (or coals) for 15–20 mins until eggs are set and potatoes are tender.
