Bodylogic Manual Osteopathy and Massage Welcome! I am glad to have you here! I am a Manual Osteopath Therapist, Rapid NFR therapist, and Massage therapist located in Dunmore, AB.

I have been a registered massage therapist since 2011 and returned to school in 2020 to become a manual osteopath therapist. I believe in tailoring my treatment to your specific needs. I work from home in my private studio space in Dunmore.

The hot topic in my office these days has been nutrition - specifically protein and fibre. Thanks to everyone who have shared their favourite simple/ quick bean and lentil recipes with me.

I thought I’d try to remember to share some of my favourites as we try them!

This lentil ragout was amazing & insanely simple! We used green lentils as that’s what I had on hand & added some extra pepper and some chilis to ours. It was awesome as a side for sirloin steak, but also perfect for lunch leftovers on its own.

Definitely hit me up if you have some recipes you love!

A wonderful simple, classic lentil side dish using dried lentils that takes a mere 10 minutes to prepare then you just let it simmer away for 30 minutes to work its magic!

'Eligible CMMOTA MOT members are now recognized providers under Canada Life benefit plans, allowing clients with Canada Life coverage to submit claims for manual osteopathic therapy services, subject to the terms of their individual insurance plans."
