✨ Reiki Sound Bath | An Afternoon of Deep Rest & Reconnection ✨

Step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into an afternoon designed to invite deep rest, energetic balance, and reconnection.

As you rest comfortably, Andrea will guide you through an immersive sound bath, using the vibrations of sound to support relaxation, stillness, and a gentle shift out of the busyness of the mind. 🎶

Throughout the sound bath, Amber and Colton will move through the space offering individual Reiki, allowing each participant to receive personalized energetic support while being held within the collective experience of sound. ✨

The combination of Reiki and therapeutic sound creates a beautiful layered experience, inviting the nervous system to soften, the body to release tension, and your energy to return toward greater balance and ease.

No experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is needed. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive. 💛

🌿 An intentionally intimate experience

Space is intentionally limited so Amber and Colton have time to connect with and offer Reiki to each participant during the session. Keeping the group small allows for a more spacious, personalized experience where everyone can receive individual attention and support.

There is something incredibly special about these workshop weekends. ✨

One of my favourite things to witness is people discovering that sound healing isn't reserved for practitioners or experts—it's a skill that can be learned and integrated into everyday life.

Over three immersive days, students are introduced to a variety of sound healing instruments including tuning forks, singing bowls, drums, gongs, voice, and more. But beyond the instruments themselves, what I love most is watching people reconnect with their own capacity to slow down, listen differently, and support themselves and the people they care about.

In a world that often feels loud, busy, and overstimulating, this work offers a different pace. One rooted in presence, curiosity, and connection.
