There is something incredibly special about these workshop weekends. ✨

One of my favourite things to witness is people discovering that sound healing isn't reserved for practitioners or experts—it's a skill that can be learned and integrated into everyday life.

Over three immersive days, students are introduced to a variety of sound healing instruments including tuning forks, singing bowls, drums, gongs, voice, and more. But beyond the instruments themselves, what I love most is watching people reconnect with their own capacity to slow down, listen differently, and support themselves and the people they care about.

In a world that often feels loud, busy, and overstimulating, this work offers a different pace. One rooted in presence, curiosity, and connection.
