See our Low Back on Track pilot in action! We are thrilled the uptake has been positive, highlighting the importance of improving access to timely, evidence-based chiropractic care. Through collaboration with primary care providers, patients are being connected to care in a more coordinated and accessible way.

With funding for up to eight visits, this pilot is helping reduce financial barriers and support better outcomes for Albertans living with low back pain. It also reflects a broader commitment to improving access to publicly funded musculoskeletal care across the province. Learn more by visiting our website.

Supporting healthy aging starts with musculoskeletal health.

At Older, Bolder, Better Exhibition and Symposium, hosted by WeSeniors, the Chiropractic Association of Alberta had the opportunity to connect with attendees and share how chiropractic care can support mobility, independence and helping Albertans stay active. A special thanks for Dr. Joe Tanti for providing valuable insights into how chiropractic care can help patients at every stage of life.

Events like these create valuable opportunities to build awareness and share practical, evidence-based approaches to maintaining function and quality of life.

We are proud to be part of the conversation on aging well and moving well across Alberta, and we thank everyone who took the time to connect with our team.

What does impact look like five years later? It looks like steady member growth, and a strong voice for chiropractic care in Alberta.

Over the past five years, our Board of Directors has played a key role in advancing MSK care and strengthening advocacy through initiatives such as Hill Day, direct engagement with the Government of Alberta, member forums held across the province, and participation in national leadership summits.

These efforts have helped elevate the profession, support members, and strengthen relationships with government and national partners. We are grateful for the Board’s leadership, collaboration, and commitment to evidence-based care. Their work has helped position the Association for continued progress and a strong, future focused path for chiropractic care in Alberta.

Thank you to 880 CHED for hosting our Chair, Dr. Boyd, on Talk to the Experts this past Saturday.

The discussion focused on how access to care, regular movement, and welcoming community spaces all play an important role in helping seniors maintain mobility, balance, and independence as they age. These factors work together to support confidence in daily activities and overall quality of life. Evidence-based chiropractic care supports safe movement and functional ability at every stage of life, particularly for older adults managing musculoskeletal health. Alberta chiropractors provide regulated, patient-centered care grounded in research and safety.
