🥉 Mia Strikes Bronze in her debut Vegas Con showing! IBJJF

This past season Mia started strength training, built more tools around passing with pressure, and worked on her wrestling so she doesn’t have to always resort to pulling guard.

Way to go Mia! Your positive attitude and continuous effort to improve after every showing is a great example to both kids and adults in our academy.

So proud of these two kids for not only fighting well in their debut IBJJF performance but also going in with the confidence they had. They didn’t let the extra hype and noise get to them and they treated it like any other practise we had in preparation to this day

I read this book in 2013 when I wasn’t much older than Nicco. I keep it in the gym in hopes that it inspires our students to fight with honour, respect and love for the game the same way GSP did. To get GSP to sign it from our next gen brother duo… couldn’t be better then that Georges St-Pierre
