As my July schedule starts rolling out online I wanted to give you a heads up that my July & August hours will decrease slightly. I have put in one afternoon appointment daily. If afternoons just don’t work for you, send me a message and we can try to figure something out within the hours of 9am-5pm. Thank you for your understanding while my kids are not at school for the summer ☀️

BIG NEWS! I’m planning on doing a pop up shop for reflexology sessions in Delisle, SK. July 9,10,11! The availability will be very limited so watch for more information to come. I have a space that I can work out of so I figured why not🤍. Sessions will be $90 for a one hour reflexology session to recoup some of the travel cost & certain license requirements for the town. If you have coverage for reflexology I do give receipts that can be submitted. Super excited for this! I will take bookings closer to the time so make sure you’re following my page to be the first to know. Here’s a great way to get a taste of what reflexology is and who knows maybe I will make this a quarterly visit!

There’s a strange guilt around rest these days. Feeling if you’re not doing something, you should be.

But your body doesn’t work like that.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is actually stop.
Not scroll. Not half-switch off. Properly stop.
