“I want my brows to look like yours.”

I hear this more often than you’d think 🤎 And while I absolutely take it as a compliment, there’s an important little PMU reality check here:

A lot of what you’re seeing in my brows is actual brow hair.

Permanent makeup can create beautiful shape, fill visual gaps, add definition and give the brow area more dimension—but at the end of the day, pigment is being implanted into the skin. It doesn’t physically sit above the skin like real hair does, so we can’t truly create a “3D” or “4D” brow with tattooing alone.

And that’s okay—because that’s not really the goal.

Good permanent makeup should work with what you naturally have, not try to impersonate something you don’t.

Whether we’re using nano strokes, soft shading, or a combination of techniques, my goal is always a subtle, believable enhancement that makes your brows feel more complete while still looking like your brows.
