This here... this very spot in Gibsons, British Columbia, is where the idea for Empathy Plant Company Inc. began. It's in this spot our founder .m.burke was so inspired by the beauty of how humans, animals and Earth lived in relative harmony. The Sunshine Coast is where deer, bear, seals, eagles, Orcas and people live in close proximity everyday, with respect and understanding... with empathy for each other. This observation and sentiment moved him greatly

With a 30-year background in nutraceuticals and with a spirit for adventure and a desire to help move the needle in terms of sustainability he created a plant-based protein brand that stood firmly on an ethos of inclusive conversation, education and real action...not performative activism. The companies mission to do away with single-use plastic and move their 100% recyclable packaging to a truly residential compostable solution spurred on his quote: "The solution can't be part of the problem."

And why are we focusing on a female audience? Well simply put, his mother is his hero and the most empathetic person he knows. 💜

Smoothie Power Bowl. 🌱

In a blender add:

- 3/4 cup oat milk or non-dairy milk of choice
- 3 heaping tbsp Empathy vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries of choice

Blend until thick. Pour into a bowl and top with: chia seed, ground flax, h**p hearts, coconut, sliced bananas.
