πŸ’œ International Overdose Awareness Day πŸ’œ

Today, we remember those whose lives have been lost to overdose, honour the memories of loved ones, and stand with the families, friends, and communities affected.

Overdose can impact anyone, and behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a story. By working together, reducing stigma, promoting education, and increasing access to harm reduction, treatment, and recovery supports, we can help save lives and create healthier communities.

At SHIELD Project we believe in meeting people where they are with compassion, respect, and support. If you or someone you know is struggling, please know that help is available and you are not alone.

πŸ•―οΈ Today, we remember. πŸ’œ Today, we raise awareness. 🀝 Today, we support one another. 🌱 Today, we renew our commitment to prevention, recovery, and hope.
