Also want to say a very happy Nurses week to all the amazing nurses!!! I get to work along side some wonderful Nurses at CNRHC; growing up with my mom and aunt being a nurse, seeing how hard they worked, the care and effort that goes into every patient, I truly don’t know how you guys do what you do! I hope you all feel so loved and appreciated every week; not just this one❤️

A little fyi to my clients!!! If anyone has any questions, feel free to message and I’ll do my best to help you out!! This is a new process for everyone and will definitely take some time to get used to!! Please be patient with us all, we’re going to be doing our very best to help each other 🩸💉

🚨🚨IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ🚨🚨

I want to make sure everyone is aware that once the new CorCare Health system goes live in the province as of April 25th, physicians and nurse practitioners using CorCare WILL still have the capability to print a paper copy requisition for their patients so you may access private collection services, such as ours.

Our clinic does not yet have access to the CorCare system, therefore, you will require a paper requisition with you for your visit unless you are having the requisition emailed or faxed to us.

I have attached the instruction on how to print your requisition for this system. Please feel free to show this to your practitictioner at your appointment, should your practitioner indicate that they are unsure of how to give you a paper copy of your requisition form.

With the new CorCare launching this weekend, there’s going to be some changes, from what we can understand; they will be going paperless. Any paper requisition you already have is good for a year from the date you received it, but after that; if you plan on using a third party collector ( ex: myself/ having someone come to your home) you can ask for a paper copy from your doctor! Please be patient with us as we navigate this new change! I will do my best to update any of my clients on any changes to help you along the way as well!

CorCare is the new health information system that will improve how you receive care, and how you access your personal health information.

CorCare launches Saturday, April 25. During this change, some services may take a little longer as our teams adjust to a new way of working.

The result will be better care and better health for everyone.
