Real life lately? It’s been beautifully full… and a little wild behind the scenes.

Puppy sitting all week, playing DJ to fine-tune the perfect breathwork playlists, renovating the house, clearing space for what’s next, and building a riverside tent for upcoming outdoor events 🌿

And in the middle of it all… I’m still deeply loving our indoor sessions.

But here’s the truth: balance matters.

To create what’s coming this summer — a peaceful, off-grid space by the river to gather, breathe, and just be — I’m pressing pause for most of May to bring it all together (and to actually enjoy life along the way).

✨ That means:
• This Friday + Friday, May 1 → last sound baths until June
• Sunday, April 19 → last breathwork session until June

There’s still space for tomorrow’s sound bath — you’re welcome to sign up or drop in 🤍

If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect, and come back to your heart… this is your moment.

You don’t need to chase calm or peace… you can train your body to live there.

So many of us don’t actually know what “calm” feels like in the body… We’ve just learned how to cope, push through, and keep going.

But calm is something your nervous system can learn, remember, and come back to, again and again.

This practice is called resourcing… a way of reconnecting to safety, support, and that grounded place within you that feels held.

The more you return to it, the more your nervous system begins to recognize it as normal.

This is what we do in the breathwork technique for stress & trauma release : gently teaching your body how to soften, to feel, to release, and come back home to itself landing in a place of safety within... ❤️

✨ This Sunday morning, we go even deeper: Breathwork to open and release then move into a Sound Bath to fully immerse your body in calm, anchoring everything on an even deeper level.

There is something sacred about beginning the day with cacao. 🤎

Before the world gets loud, before the to-do lists and responsibilities… I sit with this beautiful heart medicine and allow it to gently open the space within me. (Wth my “sexy” morning crazy curl hair and pj’s, just keeping it real over here! Lol)

Seriously though… Cacao has a way of softening the edges, quieting the mind, and bringing me back into the truth of my heart. With each sip, I feel the vessel open — reconnecting me to the wisdom within and the guidance above.

It invites presence. Gratitude. Intention.

From that place, the day unfolds differently.
More grounded.
More connected.
More aligned with the purest intentions and the softest, most open heart.

This is why I love sharing cacao with others as well. It’s something I can offer before breathwork sessions to help open the heart and gently prepare the body and spirit for the journey inward.
