I have been posting on insta - thinking it was coming into here as well - oopps!!

Anyhow.

I love this modality so much - Live Cell Microscopy. it lets us see our terrain in real time, how our cells are doing and of course, what we can do to move the needle towards health. Often times just a few tiny tweaks can get us back on track.
Our bodies are truly amazing!

Why do I love Reflexology?
I am often asked this question, by those who have not experienced it before, once you have you will know!
There are so many shifts I get to witness as a result of a 60 min session. This particular feedback that I am sharing comes from two clients who came for the Detox and Destress package. One of the clients has been sick for 3 weeks and just feeling unable to shake it off. The second client’s feedback speaks for itself. I always follow up with clients after their first session or if they are existing clients trying a new treatment plan. Reflexology is like an onion; it allows the body to release and unfold what is needed when the body feels safe to do so. One of the most rewarding things is watching someone walk in stressed and leave feeling lighter! Would you like to know what happens during a session?
So lucky I get to witness and be a part of people feeling better❤️
