A reintroduction since I’ve moved my business into Swift Current and I’ve been seeing some new faces.

Hi! I’m Shayne. 💗I opened Sonder in Gull Lake 5.5 years ago and have fallen in love with treating clients skin. The most fulfilling part tho has come from learning about touch and the healing power of it and truly holding space for each client that comes in.

Useless facts about me:

🐕 I have two big dogs which I adore
🪷 Huge introvert
🌺 After 10 years of being on a boat I finally feel like I love it.
😎 Starting a career at 40 was worth it
🫶 I have several before and after stories that keep changing and shifting who I am. Which is hard and rewarding.
🍫Addicted to chocolate
⛰️ The mountains are my favourite place to be
🙏 Deep love for God but also tell me all the woowoo ideas and I’m probably in also.

I hope you find my space is a safe one. We talk about anything and everything. Nothing is off limits and nothing leaves the room. I pray for each and every person who shows up to care for themselves.

Social media tells us we need more.

More products.
More treatments.
More correction.
More ways to fight what is completely natural.

But the healthiest skin I’ve seen rarely comes from doing more.

It comes from supporting the skin barrier.
Hydrating consistently.
Managing stress.
Getting outside.
Sleeping well.
Moving your body.
And learning to see beauty beyond perfection.

I love results-driven skincare. But I also believe skin health is about so much more than what comes in a bottle.

Maybe what we need most isn’t another step in our routine.

Maybe it’s more support, more softness, and more trust in our skin’s ability to do what it was designed to do.
