What if joy isn’t something we need to chase?
What if joy is something we circulate?
We have arrived at the final episode of Emotions & Healing, and I’m joined once again by Kate Montgomery, HHP, ND, and Denise Cambiotti, HCD, CIH BioEW, as we return to the Fire Element to explore the Circulation S*x and Triple Warmer meridians.
This conversation is about the rhythm of life—how we circulate energy, regulate stress, sustain vitality, and remain connected with joy, passion, and purpose.
When stress becomes our normal, we may not even realize how much has changed.
Are we tired—or depleted?
Are we moving with vitality—or simply getting through the day?
Has joy disappeared—or has it become hidden beneath stress, fatigue, and the demands of life?
Through Touch for Health® and BioEnergetic Wellness, Kate and Denise help us explore circulation, glandular balance, movement, stress responses, “masked pain,” and the muscle relationships supporting our hips, knees, ankles, grounding, and propulsion.
And, of course, we begin with Tea with Intentions.
Our final tea experience combines Liberty W**e and Power Pack from the Cape Breton Tea Company.
Sea Holly brings the spiritual essence of strength and resilience.
Cardamom brings warmth and activation, inviting joy and openness.
Together, they remind us that activation doesn’t have to mean burnout. We can cultivate sustained vitality and joy.
Our affirmation:
“The Fire Element supports processing, clearing, and enhancing the most important aspects of joyful living.”
Reflection of the Week:
Where does joy flow freely in your life?
Where has it become muted?
What might help you begin circulating more of it?
As we complete this series, I invite you to revisit the episodes that spoke most strongly to you and choose one simple tool to bring into your daily life.
This may be our final episode, but perhaps it is really a beginning—a beginning of deeper awareness, empowered self-care, and listening differently to the wisdom of your body and emotions.
Thank you for taking this journey with Kate, Denise, and me.
May you continue to listen deeply, move with intention, and live well.
