I went from being sad it was raining and so cold!

And then settled into gratitude for our forests and flower gardens.

And then my sweet child asked to play in the rain and suddenly I was laughing and barefoot and enjoying it.

This girl neeeeds summer! Ask Rynn! lol

I decided put the feather duvet on our bed! I’m freezing at night! Hope this helps me sleep better this week - my preferred bed warmer is away for work! 🤣

The world feels heavy! I’m trying to smile. Go easy on yourselves friends!

I’m in my sit spot, sweet Socks purring on my lap!
Dinners simmering!

I hear birds.
I see trees swaying in the breeze.
I feel socks purring.
I’m noticing that I’m thirsty.
My head feels tight, the familiar concussion feeling that I’m all to familiar with.

It’s ok to sit and to feel less than 100%.

We can still have value even if we can’t perform at our best.
