It’s been a while since I shared I’ve gone from vacation to 100 miles an hour!

I feel like saying grab a coffee but it’s been so hot today - get water! 🙂 and settle in for a little appreciation, marketing, some personal shares and who knows what else comes up. 🙂

I am tired! Kids are in bed. Im listening to a reiki healing play list that I just found today and have my lights dimmed to a soft red glow and Tom at the foot of the bed. 🙂

I’ve covered my knee in, Carry the Joint - a roller for supporting Pain and Inflammation - a tried and tested sacred blend that works!

This blend has become my go to this week, I am so greatful I made this for my friend over 4 years ago.

My left knee and left elbow have been inflamed for a while but they are truly in flare now, my awesome Osteopath Sara Kennedy is on it and my amazing Reiki and Sound Healer Rhonda will do her magic tomorrow.
I’m so greatful to these two beautiful ladies! They keep me together both physically and energetically. 🙂

So why the ice and roller - I have an old injury to my foot needed some stitches over 30 years ago and I had a running injury from 3 years ago and my two big falls of 2023 are playing up - it’s a sign to slow down but oh my their is a big picture at play so I will need all my tools to push through.

Eagle medicine has been very loud the last 10 days. It’s important to quietly observe from above and look at the whole.

I love it that I can make blends for myself, and have the knowledge and skills to manage my energy so effectively - I am so much stronger today than I was a month ago. My Masters Reiki training was amazing and I’ve felt a huge energetic shift happen.

Unfortunately I’m in a big flare from stairs and step ladders and walking and the floor and bending and and and I don’t know… rough math has me at nearly 40 hours of this over the last 5 days!

Moving two precious 80 year olds out of their home of 47 years into a care home has been one of the hardest and most beautiful things I have ever done for another precious being!

It’s so easy to be respectful and kind and to honour their requests and needs. I love this work and have done it so many times for so many loved ones. I have so much patience for this process - I did this myself when my Dad passed away 7 years ago and I had the task of packing up my Daddy’s house and also sorting my Mom and 4 grandparents treasures that had been stored for over two decades ago.

I love this work I could easily see myself doing this more often, it’s such a beautiful thing listening to stories as people go through their memories, it’s so beautiful to feel the sadness and the joy, to laugh and cry with people.

I am going to bed so greatful.

I’ve had fun with this 🙂 I made a little witchy woo spray, it’s $33 for a 4 oz spray infused with energy from the moon the sun and all the things.

Last full moon, I put mason jars outside and made some Buck Moon water, intentionally working with the energy of the Full Moon in Aquarius, this brings…

Freedom, individuality, community, future vision, new perspectives.

And I’ve used the energy from today, August 8th, Lion’s Gate,
the infinity symbol feels especially meaningful to me because it is also a Reiki symbol — representing the eternal flow of universal life force energy, balance and interconnectedness. It can be used to support an uninterrupted flow of healing energy and to bring balance to our polarities — mind, body and soul.

We also have Leo energy bringing courage of the heart, confidence, authentic self-expression, abundance, manifestation and the courage to step into your own light.

So today, I’ve taken the moon water and created something a little different - A Manifesting Spray.

I’ve infused it with beautiful essential oils chosen for their energetic associations with:

This isn’t something I’ve made before and I t’s a little witchy-woo, and I don’t even have a proper label for it yet! 😂
