It’s that’s time again! My favourite time - I’ve been asked to make a special blend, a little old worldly and a totally unique request.

I find myself living for this!

It really is all about energy. 🙂

Today my energy has gone into gratitude. Nothing fancy. Just gratitude.

One of my favourite events is Authentic Dance - music has such incredible power to transform one’s mood, to release, to grow, to expand or to bring us to tears.

I’m going to be sharing some of my anthems on Monday’s.

Please share your favourite song in the comments below.

Our Summit is turning into a fabulous affair! See you there!

We’re excited to officially welcome Kim Coleman of Growing Beyond as the Keynote Speaker for the Holistic Hub Summit 2026.

Kim will be opening the Summit with her keynote:

The Next Ascent: From Individual Wisdom to Collective Power

At the heart of this conversation is the idea that growth does not happen in isolation. We each carry wisdom through our own lived experience, healing, challenges, and transformation, but when those perspectives come together, something bigger becomes possible. This keynote will help open the door to a day centered on resilience, connection, and possibility, while inviting us to consider what can happen when individual insight becomes collective momentum.

We’re so looking forward to having Kim help set the tone for this year’s Summit and the conversations that will follow.

This poem speaks to me in the best ways.

Live like a hungry little bug.

This is my new fave sit spot in the woods. It’s as if it was just for me. 🙂

And a few of natures treasures that I found while wondering barefoot.

This has been my go to roller for the last few days… hospitals are such hard places, loud, the lights, not easy at all, lots of discussions and it’s really easy to get overwhelmed.

This grounding oil is designed to keep you steady, settled, anchored.

Be like a bug, 🐛 hungry for life. 🙂

Popped into my head! 🙂
