I was very stuck in my anxiety and depression for many years, even though I exercised or tried to eat healthy and get a good night’s sleep. Talking to friends through it all helped, but I felt I should be doing something more. I got a new job, new friends...but still the same old me, with the same old anxieties and then some new things to get down in the dumps over. I started to run a bath a few t

imes a week to waste time (and hello, warm up from the -30 celsius weather). Eventually, I was adding in salts to my baths to soothe my muscles from my workouts. Then I was adding in essential oils after learning about their properties in aromatherapy. And then eventually I started my version of meditation + Chakra alignment rituals in my baths. Giving myself something to focus on in my bath, instead of crying in the water - I’ve almost completely changed my outlook on dilemmas that would once cause an attack, or the darkness to creep in. I want for anyone going through those same feelings to try this out (even just once, or once a week) and tell me life isn’t different for you in that moment. Then keep that moment with you throughout the day.

Our next market is this Saturday!

🚿 I’ve had some requests (lots of them at markets), for a set of all 7 steamers.

Because the intention is to have a specific scent for the chakras, I’ve never co-mingled them together in our bags of 7 together because I don’t want the scents to somehow transfer.

I’m *almost* there, but I’m thinking this is the answer. A box set, all 7, and individually wrapped in our biodegradable packaging for when you’re ready to use them.
