We have had two coffee meets so far this week and I am so grateful to have such an awesome and supportive member care coordinator in Cathy Hegarty as she was present and ready to rock and roll - while I was still figuring out the tech and schedules on Zoom. lol (That's why having a team is so awesome! Cuz lord knows this ADHD brain could not do it alone!)

Cathy has been working tirelessly to support our practitioners, our members and especially ME throughout the last several weeks as we launch. Cathy's constant ability to cheer on and support, her ability to create a soft place to land when things are challenging and her passion and dedication to the vision of the AAC are all things that I have no doubt will continue to enrich not only the AAC but, the lives of all those inside of it. Thank you so much Cathy Hegarty for all you do and all that you are!

Another valuable member of our Admin team is Fritz Bathan - who is always ready to help me execute the vision with precision, dedication and genuine care and passion for what we have built. She is so talented and always able to make sense of my voice note ramblings at 2 am when I get a random idea of how we can make things even better, or when I have to have to redo something because I messed up the first time. He patience with me and her flexibility is sooooo valued and I am grateful for all she does for our space and our members/practitioners :)

And last but certainly not least is Kimberly Dietrich. You know when you have that crazy idea and you wanna do ALL the things and you wanna do them all RIGHT NOW!? Kim is the practical but nurturing voice of reason that says "You are brilliant and this is possible, but let's but some structure to it so we can move it forward with actual foundation and momentum. Thank God for her cross the T's dot the I's way of thinking and for her ability to reign me in when necessary and keep me on track. She is brilliant in so many areas that contribute to the Authentically Aligned Collective, but personally I am grateful for the balance and perspective she brings on top of all her awesome skills...

This is the REAL RAW and IMPORTANT part of creating a team of people who you can work with - but who also complement your abilities. I can't do any of this without you ladies and you are all special and important to me. Thank you for everything you do and continue to contribute to the success of the AAC,.

I love you guys!

Abby
