As many of you know, I am a Professional Personal Support Worker (PSW) with 10+ years of experience supporting seniors and their families in our community.
Caring for seniors has always been close to my heart. I believe in taking the time to truly listen and connect, supporting each person with dignity, patience, and compassion. My goal is to help seniors feel safe, valued, and comfortable at home — and to support families who may be carrying a lot on their shoulders.
