Hanover Medical Associates and Hanover Family Health Team are participating in a national Community Baby-Friendly Initiative that is studying infant feeding. Part of the study asks parents about their baby feeding practices at 6 months. If you have a wee one around this age, we'd appreciate if you could do a quick survey.

📣 A major milestone for primary care access in Grey Bruce!

The Grey Bruce Ontario Health Team is proud to share that the January 1, 2025 Health Care Connect waitlist has officially been cleared, with 5,438 residents now connected and removed from the waitlist. 🎉

This achievement reflects the incredible collaboration, commitment, and leadership of local Family Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and Primary Care partners across the region who worked together to improve access to care for our communities.

The Healthy Communities Partnership is hosting a two-day conference April 27th (evening) and April 28th (full day) in Owen Sound. The event will feature a keynote speaker, Dr. Elisa Levi, panel discussions and breakout sessions with local leaders. Attendees will explore how we can build a culture of wellness in our region!
