As we all know I’m scared to death of snakes. Found him slithering around my hallway clearly out of place. I was frozen in place by this creature that I assumed was a boa constrictor minus the size and fangs… he is in fact an Eastern Milk snake and harmless to humans. Scared to death and shaking I managed to get him in a salad spinner and cardboard to release him to where? It’s winter in Ontario and as much as I hate them he would die outside. Relocated him to the garage with a few warm blankets and messaged a friend who LOVES THEM. Thank you for rescuing Sir Milky Von Milky Jenny! Long story long I’m taking his little self as a gift from the universe that beautiful things I’m manifesting and releasing will come to fruition in 2026 the ear of the Horse.

Wow what a journey this last 6 weeks have been. From that first weekend to yesterday had been so inspiring and awakening. We learned, taught each other, brainstormed and shared our experiences together. We all received our certificates and let me just say “WATCH OUT WORLD” there’s a new cohort of next level teachers coming at ya!! You all are incredible and will go on to lead others with grace, dedication, sweat and the love of Pilates 🥰🥰🥰

We did it!!!! 🎉🎉🎉🙌🙌
