For the month of October, Kisipatnahk Health Center will be offering a variety of health programs, services, and incentives to support the health and well-being of our community.

💉 Immunization Consent Forms: Anyone who returns their completed Immunization Consent Form will receive an incentive.

🦷 Children’s Oral Health Services (COHS): Families who return their completed COHS Consent Form will receive an incentive.

We encourage families to take advantage of these programs and help support the health and wellness of our community! 💙
