National Elder Abuse Awareness Day!!!
Elders are the keepers of our knowledge, culture, and teachings. They deserve to live with dignity, safety, and respect.

Elder abuse—physical, emotional, financial, neglect, or disrespect—goes against our traditional values of caring for one another. It can happen quietly, and speaking up takes courage.

Respecting Elders means listening, protecting them from harm, and standing up when something is not right. Caring for our Elders strengthens our families, our communities, and future generations.

Please note the following change to the bingo.
Due to the weather, we will be moving the bingo to the young spirit wind round room.
registration will be at 12pm
only the first 100 people and adults only.
No children will be allowed in the building with the exception of babies 0-6months.

MHS Health Promotion is proud to announce the first Plant Bingo.
All plants will be given based on how the plant benefits your well-being.

Healthy home = Healthy Life

We will only be accepting the first 100 Participants
This will be an adult only event with the exception to tiny babies
This is an outdoor event so dress accordingly

No registration is need, just come on the assigned day
100 participants will be accepted based on a first come first serve basis

Registration opens at 12pm
