Maskwacis Health Promotion Our main focus in Health promotion is Health education, along with injury and disease prevention.

We do community engagement activities, events and inter-agency collaborations focusing on a variety of health topics that affect our community. Join us for a welcoming parenting class focused on feeding and nourishing your growing baby! We’ll talk about introducing solid foods, first foods to offer, iron-rich foods, changing baby’s milk, breastfeeding and formula feeding, teething, nutrition for mom, and more.
