A friend graciously offered me a some of her 125 year old sourdough starter so I could get back on track with making our breads again.

I have one lucky and grateful crew that got to wake up to fresh, stone-baked sourdough bagels this morning 🥯 ❤️
And the levain is in the works for the bread next 🤗
