Feeling Festive and looking for a unique Christmas drink recipe? Try Hibiscus Mulled Wine!

What You Will Need:
4 Cups of Water
1 Cup Pomegranate Juice
1 Cup BR Naturals' Dried Hibiscus Flowers
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 Bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon
1 Orange, sliced
2 Limes, sliced

Instructions:
In a Dutch oven, simmer water, pomegranate juice, hibiscus flowers, cinnamon sticks and sugar, and heat until all the sugar dissolves and the liquid is a deep red colour.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the hibiscus flowers. Add the Cabernet Sauvignon, citrus slices, stir to combine and continue to simmer on low for approximately 10 minutes. Serve warm, in Christmas mugs or fancy glasses, and garnish with a wedge of orange and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!

Sesame seed powder is a great substitute for flour, to add nutrition and fibre while reducing carb intake.

DELICIOUS LOW CARB BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients:
-2 Cups Sesame Powder
-7 Large Eggs
-1/2 Cup of butter melted (or sub 1/2 Cup BR Olive Oil)
-1 Teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180ºC (355ºF).
In a large bowl, separate egg yolks from egg whites, beating the egg whites until white and fluffy.
In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, melted butter, sesame powder and baking powder. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until it is a uniform colour.
Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper, pour in the mixture and bake for 45mins. Use a skewer to check the centre of the bread to ensure that it's done.

TIP: To stop the top of the bread from cracking, place an ovenproof bowl of water in with the loaf while baking.
