👩‍⚕️ 5. Treatment is available!
Counselling, professional support, and medication when appropriate can help mothers recover. Treatment options can be discussed with a healthcare provider, including when breastfeeding.

🤝 6. Family support matters.
Listen without judgment, help with baby care and household tasks, and encourage the mother to seek professional help.
