Kerry Resonant Bliss and I met in fall 2024. We were part of Christine's (Awakened Bear) Sacred Circles 4 month Training /mentorship with 8 other lovely women.
We connected and decided to start collaborating. Kerry with her sound magic, and me, with breathwork.
Our first SOUND and BREATH journey was in November of 2024. After our first time, it was like we had done this before in many other lifetimes!
And the rest... is history.
So!
We are hosting The Space Between Retreat. After our meeting this week we decided on closing our retreat with a Sound and Breath journey. NOW it feels complete.
We are still keeping all sessions, but expect some edits or tweaks. (thank goodness we stated that the schedule is not carved on stone!)

2 women, together, not competing, but holding each other up and cheering for each other!

The world feels heavy right now.

And in the middle of all of it, we still need moments to pause, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves.

When we created The Space Between, it was meant to be exactly that - a place to step out of the rush and return to yourself.

Because of everything happening in the world right now, we decided not to move to regular pricing.

We’re keeping early bird pricing open so more people can join us.

Lately I’ve been noticing who this retreat seems to resonate with.

Women who hold a lot.
The ones others lean on.
The ones who are often the steady presence in the room.

And yet… even the steady ones need spaces where they don’t have to carry everything.

The Space Between is meant to be that kind of space.

A weekend to breathe, move, listen inward, and let some of what’s been held finally shift.

There will be sound, breath, movement, and incredible women gathered together. May 29-31, North Lancaster ON

And already the retreat is ¼ full, which makes me really excited about who’s coming into the room.

Today is International Women's Day.

Not the polished version of womanhood we’re often shown.

But the real one.

The messy, courageous, complicated, healing, rebuilding, truth-telling kind.
The kind where women learn to trust themselves again.

Where we stop shrinking.

Where we question the quiet messages we’ve been given about who we’re supposed to be.

Where we start to notice the subtle ways the world still measures girls differently than boys - sometimes without even realizing it.

Where we remember that our voices, intuition, anger, tenderness, and wisdom all belong.

Today I’m grateful for the women who tell the truth.

The ones doing the quiet inner work.
The ones breaking patterns so the next generation doesn't have to carry them.

Being a woman is powerful.
Being a woman who chooses growth, honesty, and connection is revolutionary.

Here’s to all of us - exactly where we are in the journey.
