We look at what you eat, how you eat it, your lifestyle, your mental wellness and your environment. Aside from for joy & entertainment, we eat to get the essential nutrients our bodies need to create energy, build cells, rid our bodies of wastes and fuel the synapses in our brains. W

hen things are out of balance a variety of symptoms ensue like headaches, fatigue, weight gain, gas, constipation, pain, weakness and inflammation. These symptoms provide us a road map as to what is happening in your body and their analysis is how we can determine how to bring you back into balance. We will teach you which foods will be helping & which are hindering various aspects of your health and how that affects your energy, stress levels and virtually any other feeling you get in/from your body.
