Since I skipped my high school and college grad ceremonies, obviously I had to have the cap and gown experience for graduating my tattoo apprenticeship! My mom finally gets grad photos LOL 🎓
After over two years at Bertram & Co., tattooing humans since January 2025, I’m officially moving from Apprentice → Junior Artist. 🥹
I’m incredibly grateful that I got to learn this trade the slow way.
Having experienced tattooers around me to answer questions, critique my work, catch mistakes, teach me the technical side of tattooing, and occasionally tell me “absolutely not” has shaped the artist I’m becoming.
And thank you especially to every single person who trusted an apprentice with their skin. You let me learn, experiment, tackle increasingly ambitious projects, and build a portfolio that I’m genuinely proud to call mine.
There is still SO much I want to learn. Bigger projects. Better realism. More colour. Stronger compositions. Tattoos that look just as beautiful years from now as they did when I finished them.
But for today…
I FU***NG GRADUATED. 🎓🥳
Officially your newest Junior Artist at Bertram & Co. 🖤
P.S. Unfortunately, this also means my pricing is graduating. 😂
My Junior Artist rate will be $150/hr starting October 5.
If you’ve been thinking about booking with me, you can still lock in my current $125/hr apprentice rate by putting down your deposit on or before October 4. Your appointment itself can take place after October 4 — the deposit just needs to be paid by then.
Any projects booked from October 5 onward will be at my new rate. 🖤
