Reminder: running off stress hormones is not sustainable 🙅⁠

Read that again.⁠

When our body is exposed to chronic stressors or not fuelled properly, we will run off stress hormones and our body begins to break itself down to get the nutrients it needs. This is super energy intensive and can take away from other important processes that should be happening.⁠

It is super common in our modern world for women to run off cortisol, skip meals, suppress appetite and create a viscous cycle.⁠

Marshmallow recipe is live in the membership ☕

Only 4 ingredients:

🔸 gelatin powder 🔸(use GABBY10 for 10% off)
🔸Organic cane sugar
🔸Water
🔸Vanilla extract
🔸Sea salt

Gelatin is something we try and get into our diets daily whether it is from homemade broth or gelatin powder. It is a rich source of amino acids that are key for:

✔️The liver to function optimally
