Join us for a free, trauma-informed (survivor-led), 10-week workshop focused on building skills to manage the impacts of trauma. This workshop is open to all survivors (18+). 

Together, we’ll explore practical strategies for coping with:
• Flashbacks
• Nightmares
• Distressing or intrusive thoughts
• Foggy memories
• Insomnia
• Difficulty concentrating

We are all called upon to engage in 16 Days of Activism to raise awareness and end gender based violence at home and abroad. The Moose Hide campaign offers concrete and important actions all of us can take, particularly as relate to violence against Indigenous women, girls, and Two-Spirit people. Please consider reading the resources they provide, and supporting their campaign in what ever way you can.

Every year, from November 25 to December 10, people around the world come together for the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.
