One of the biggest misconceptions about healing is that success is measured only by symptom improvement.

And while improvements in symptoms matter…

✨ More energy

✨ Less anxiety

✨ Better sleep

✨ Better digestion

…sometimes the biggest transformations happen outside the symptom list.

A client recently completed my program and shared that she had become:

✔ More confident making decisions

✔ Better at advocating for herself

✔ More connected to what she needed

✔ Better able to navigate a challenging season of life

And that got me thinking…

We often talk about healing as something that happens inside the body.

But your body doesn’t exist in isolation from your life.

The way you respond to life.

The patterns you’ve developed over time.

The expectations you place on yourself.

The things you’ve learned to tolerate.

The things you’ve learned to push through.

👇 These things can influence your health more than most people realise.

This is one of the reasons my work goes far beyond diet and supplements.

Because if you’ve already tried the diets…

Tried the supplements…

Tried the protocols…

And you’re still stuck…

Then maybe the next step isn’t doing more.

Maybe it’s understanding the bigger picture.

The women I work with don’t just want better lab results.

They want:

✨ More energy

✨ More confidence

✨ More freedom

✨ More trust in themselves

✨ Their life back

And that’s exactly why I look beyond symptoms alone.

💛 If you’ve been doing all the “right” things but still don’t feel like yourself, you’re in the right place.

Follow along and I’ll help you uncover the pieces that may be getting overlooked.

There are a few things I will happily argue about when it comes to thyroid health.

Because I don’t believe your thyroid diagnosis should become your entire identity — or your entire treatment plan.

Here’s what I believe:

➡️ Your diagnosis is NOT your treatment plan.

Two women can have the same diagnosis and need completely different approaches.

➡️ More supplements ≠ better healing.

If you’ve already got a cupboard full of bottles and still don’t feel well, adding another one isn’t necessarily the answer.

➡️ “Manage your stress” isn’t a treatment plan.

If your body is constantly responding to something, I want to understand what that something is — not just teach you how to manage the symptoms of the stress response.

➡️ Your emotional world belongs in the conversation.

Because your body responds to your experiences, your environment and the patterns you’ve developed over time.

➡️ There is no one-size-fits-all Hashimoto’s or Graves’ protocol.

Your diagnosis tells me something important.

But it doesn’t tell me everything I need to know about YOU.

And honestly?

This is why I do what I do.

I don’t want to give you another list of things to do and send you off hoping this one finally works.

I want to help you understand what’s actually going on in your body, how your lifestyle is influencing your health — and what’s getting in the way of you feeling well.

That’s a very different approach to thyroid care.

✨ If you’re a woman with thyroid issues who is tired of piecing together contradictory advice and still not feeling like yourself, you’re in the right place. Follow along — I’ll show you how I look at thyroid healing differently.

And if you’re ready for more clarity and real change, you can book an appointment through the link in my bio.

Hashimoto’s and Graves’ aren’t just thyroid problems.

They’re autoimmune conditions — which means there is a bigger picture to understand than simply looking at thyroid hormone levels.

And this is something I wish more women were told.

You can be taking your medication.

Eating well.

Taking supplements.

Exercising.

Doing all the “right” things…

…and still not feel like yourself.

Because managing what the thyroid is doing isn’t always the same as understanding why your body is struggling in the first place.

When I work with women with Hashimoto’s or Graves’, I don’t just look at the diagnosis and reach for a standard protocol.

I want to understand the whole picture.

What has your body been dealing with?

What patterns have been running for years?

What might be keeping your system under strain?

And what are you doing every day that your body may actually be struggling to keep up with?

Sometimes the missing piece is physical.

Sometimes it’s nutritional.

Sometimes it’s the way the nervous system has adapted to years of stress.

And sometimes there are emotional and subconscious patterns that have become so familiar you don’t even realise they’re running the show.

Not because your symptoms are “all in your head.”

Because your body responds to what you experience.

👉🏼 And this is where I think many women get stuck:

They’re looking for the next thing to add…

when what they really need is someone who can help them figure out what they’ve been missing.

You don’t need to know which piece is your problem before you work with me.

➡️ That’s my job.

My job is to help you make sense of the bigger picture, identify what’s actually relevant to you, and create a path forward that isn’t just another list of things to try.

✨ If you’ve been trying to get your thyroid under control but still don’t feel like yourself, follow along. I’ll show you what I look at beyond the obvious.

“My thyroid antibodies are still high. What does that mean?”

This is one of the most common questions I hear from women with Hashimoto’s.

TPO and Tg antibodies are markers of thyroid autoimmunity.

They can help identify Hashimoto’s, but the antibody result alone doesn’t tell you what is driving the autoimmune process in your individual case.

And this is where thyroid care can become frustrating.

You get a result.

You’re told to take something.

You take it consistently.

You retest.

The antibodies are still high.

So you start looking for the next supplement, the next diet, the next protocol or the next practitioner.

But instead of immediately asking:

➡️ “What will lower my antibodies?”

I think a more important question is:

➡️ “What’s driving the autoimmune process in the first place?”

Because the answer isn’t going to be the same for every woman.

This is why I don’t use a generic Hashimoto’s or Graves’ protocol.

Two women can have the same diagnosis and completely different factors contributing to their symptoms and overall health picture.

Depending on the person, the picture might involve:

• Gut health
• Nutrient deficiencies
• Blood sugar regulation
• Inflammation
• Stress physiology
• Emotional stress patterns

The goal isn’t to investigate everything.

The goal is to identify which pieces matter most for YOU.

That’s why I look at the whole picture rather than chasing a single lab marker.

Your diagnosis is not your treatment plan.

The women I work with often come to me after years of trying to figure things out on their own.

Not because they haven’t been trying hard enough.

But because they don’t know what they don’t know.

And sometimes the thing keeping you stuck is sitting in a blind spot you wouldn’t think to investigate yourself.

✨ If you’ve been doing all the “right” things but still don’t feel like yourself, you’re in the right place. Follow along and I’ll help you uncover the pieces that may be getting overlooked.

You don’t want another list of supplements.

You don’t want another elimination diet.

You don’t want another practitioner giving you 10 more things to add to your already-too-long list.

You want your energy back.

You want to wake up and not immediately wonder how you’re going to get through the day.

You want to stop cancelling plans because you’re exhausted.

You want to feel like yourself again.

And after years of trying everything, you want someone to finally tell you:

“Here’s what’s actually going on. And here’s what we’re going to do about it.”

Because this is what I see all the time:

Women come to me having already done SO much.

They’ve changed their diet.

They’ve taken the supplements.

They’ve seen practitioners.

They’ve read the books.

They’ve tried to manage their stress.

They’ve done everything they’re told to do.

And yet…

they still don’t feel well.

So they assume they need to try harder.

Another protocol.

Another test.

Another supplement.

Another thing to fix.

But what if the problem isn’t that you haven’t tried enough?

What if you haven’t yet identified what’s actually keeping YOUR body stuck?

That’s a very different problem.

And it’s not something I believe you should have to figure out by yourself through another 47 Google searches.

Because knowing that something is “off” is one thing.

Knowing WHAT is driving it, what actually matters for YOU, and where to start is another.

That’s where my work is different.

I don’t give you another generic checklist and send you on your way.

I help you uncover what’s underneath the pattern — and then guide you through the process of changing it.

So you can stop guessing.

Stop adding more.

Stop trying harder.

And finally have a clear path forward.

You’re eating well.

You’re taking the supplements.

You’re trying to do all the “right” things.

So why are you still exhausted?

Because exhaustion isn’t always a sign you need to do more.

Sometimes it’s a sign you’ve been focusing on the wrong things.

Most of the women I work with aren’t lacking information.

They’re overwhelmed by it.

They’ve tried the diets.

The supplements.

The protocols.

The practitioners.

And they’re still left wondering:

“Why don’t I feel better?”

The truth?

Your body isn’t a machine.

You can’t always supplement your way out of exhaustion.

Sometimes what’s keeping you stuck isn’t another deficiency to fix.

It’s the stress you’re carrying.

The pressure you’re under.

The patterns you’ve been running for years.

The needs you’ve been ignoring.

The boundaries you haven’t been setting.

The parts of yourself you’ve learned to override just to keep going.

And that’s why so many women end up feeling like they’re doing everything right… while getting nowhere.

Because the missing piece isn’t always another strategy.

Sometimes it’s finally understanding what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

✨ Imagine having a clear path forward instead of constantly second-guessing what to do next.

✨ Imagine knowing what your body actually needs.

✨ Imagine having the energy to enjoy your life again instead of simply getting through it.

That’s the work I help women do.

💛 You’re in the right place if you’re tired of trying harder and ready to finally understand what’s actually keeping you exhausted.

What if your thyroid healing isn’t stuck because you need to find the perfect diet or supplement?

What if there’s another layer you haven’t looked at yet?

I see this so often with women who come to me after years of trying to “do everything right.”

They’re eating well.
Taking the supplements.
Reading the books.
Getting their labs checked.
Trying to manage their stress.

And yet they’re still exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and often wondering:

“Why am I still not better?”

Then we start looking at the whole picture.

Because sometimes the woman who is struggling to heal is also the woman who:

→ has spent years putting everyone else first
→ pushes through when her body is asking her to stop
→ feels guilty when she rests
→ struggles to say no
→ over-functions for everyone around her
→ has learned to ignore what she actually needs
→ has been running on empty for far longer than she realises

I’m not saying these patterns cause thyroid disease.

But I am saying they can be important information.

Because your body doesn’t exist separately from your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and nervous system.

And knowing what you should do isn’t always enough to change the pattern.

Sometimes the deeper work is understanding why part of you doesn’t feel safe enough to do it.

That’s why my approach looks beyond the thyroid labs and the next supplement protocol.

We look at the whole woman.

So I’m curious:

Which one of these patterns did you recognise in yourself?

1️⃣ People-pleasing
2️⃣ Over-functioning
3️⃣ Pushing through exhaustion
4️⃣ Struggling to rest
5️⃣ Putting everyone else first

“I’m doing everything and nothing is working.”

This is something I hear all the time from women struggling with thyroid issues.

✨ This client’s story is a reminder that healing doesn’t always happen on the timeline we want it to.

She came to me with Hashimoto’s, elevated thyroid antibodies and a dream of becoming a mum.

At first glance, there wasn’t an obvious explanation.

She slept well.
She wasn’t reporting high stress.
She was committed to her treatment plan.
She followed recommendations consistently.

Yet month after month, there was little to no change in her antibody levels.

So instead of chasing symptoms, we kept looking deeper.

✓ Gut health

✓ Nutrition

✓ Nutrient deficiencies

✓ Liver support

✓ Methylation

✓ Hormone balance

✓ Emotional wellbeing

And for almost 5 months… very little changed.

This is the point where many women start questioning everything.

“Maybe this isn’t working.”

“Maybe I need a different supplement.”

“Maybe my body just isn’t responding.”

But healing doesn’t always happen in a straight line.

Then something shifted.

👇 Swipe to see what happened to her antibody levels.

Today she’s the proud mum of a beautiful little boy ❤️

The biggest lesson?

Don’t mistake a lack of visible results for a lack of progress.

✨Sometimes your body is doing important work behind the scenes before the labs catch up.

👇 Have you ever found yourself thinking:

“I’m doing everything and nothing is changing.”

If I was starting my thyroid healing journey again, I wouldn’t start with supplements.

Yep. A naturopath just said that.

Because here’s the truth:

Most women are looking for the next supplement while skipping the foundations that actually move the needle.

If your diet is a mess, your blood sugar is on a rollercoaster, you’re sleeping 5-6 hours a night, your gut is struggling, and you’re running on stress and adrenaline…

No supplement is going to save you.

I’d focus on these 7 things first:

1️⃣ Eat real food.

Not “healthy” processed food.
Not protein bars.
Not green powders.

Real food.

2️⃣ Balance your blood sugar.

If you’re constantly craving sugar, crashing in the afternoon, feeling hangry or relying on caffeine to function, start here.

3️⃣ Get serious about sleep.

You cannot heal if you’re chronically under-rested.

4️⃣ Fix your gut.

You can’t build health on a dysfunctional digestive system.

5️⃣ Investigate immune system activation.

Especially if you have Hashimoto’s or Graves’.

6️⃣ Regulate your nervous system.

A body stuck in survival mode struggles to heal.

7️⃣ Address unresolved emotional stress.

Not because it’s all in your head.

Because your body remembers what your mind has learned to ignore.

This is where some of the biggest shifts happen.

Most people are trying to heal at the level of symptoms.

Real healing happens when you address what’s driving them.

💬 Which of these 7 do you know you’ve been avoiding? 👇

One of the most common patterns I see in women with thyroid issues…

is chronic over-functioning.

Women carrying:
the emotional load
the mental load
the responsibility
the home
the relationship
the invisible labour
everyone else’s needs

…while slowly disconnecting from themselves in the process.

And often?

They’re not expressing how overwhelmed they really are.

Not because they’re weak.

Because somewhere along the way they learnt:
it’s easier to just do it themselves
having needs creates friction
asking for help leads to disappointment
keeping quiet keeps the peace

So they over-function instead.

And over time…

the body carries the pressure too.

This is the part I think is missing from so many thyroid conversations.

Because yes:
nutrition matters
supplements matter
labs matter

But so does:
how you communicate
how much you carry
whether you feel supported
whether your body ever truly gets to exhale
whether your needs exist in your own life too

And no —
this isn’t about blaming women.

It’s about helping them see the pattern clearly enough to finally change it.

Because awareness changes everything.

If this resonated deeply…

DM me “SHIFT”
and I’ll help you understand where this pattern may be showing up in your life.
