Grand Rising, Synchronized Souls 🫶🏾
I’ve been in my own kind of freeze mode lately. Not frozen in fear, but just quiet. Quietly feeling. Silently watching. The world, the grief, the unraveling. Trying to hold it all without hardening.
Mark Carney said something at Davos that’s been living in my head on repeat: “Nostalgia is not a strategy.” He also said, “The old order isn’t coming back.” And honestly, this resonated with me on so many levels.
The lies, the systems, the false sense of safety that told us if we followed the rules and did the right thing, we’d be okay — it’s all unraveling in real time.
No one is coming to save us. No system, no government. I think collectively we’re realizing that it’s on us. And on the communities we build. On how we choose to shape what’s comes next. That’s what this moment is asking for.
I’ve been asking myself for a while, how I want to show up in this space. How to stay soft in my relationships, how to stay present in my life, and how to offer support that feels real. So as a first step in this community, I’ve additional some new readings:
✨ Starting Again
✨ Nervous System Check-In
✨ Grieving Loss & Change
✨ When It All Feels Like Too Much
Still trauma-informed. Still rooted in truth. Just more synchronized with what we actually need right now.
If you’re still figuring out how to move through it all, you’re not alone💜
But I have faith we will all find our way. One deep breath, one brave step, one moment at a time.
